Sound great? So what is the catch? Well, you have to be able to tie a knot. This is a rebozo pouch hybrid. A rebozo wrap with a pouch bottom sewn in. Or conversely, a pouch that ties. You can tie this with a square knot, but with a Sailor's knot, you can easily adjust this pouch rails when you put it on to achieve a perfect fit. . A sailor's knot is also a quick release knot which does not have to be untied to take the pouch apart. You also do not have to untie once you have your pouch adjusted to fit you and your baby until you either change carry positions or need to wash it.

More about the Eclecticos
There is a moderate learning curve to this carrier especially if you are new to the rebozo style.
We have added some features to this carrier that will help a novice learn to adjust this quickly and even a seasoned pro will appreciate.
Your Eclecticos has tails of different lengths as shown in the icon to the above left. This makes the "pouch" function correctly when tied. To help differentiate quickly between the two, they have been marked. The Pouch Tail is the shorter tail and the one used mainly for the knot. It is marked by a logo tag. The Shoulder Tail is the longer one which has to wrap around you and up over your shoulder. This is also the tail used for adjusting. It is marked by accenting stitching on it's edge. Your Eclecticos has different stitching down each rail and opposite tail. The Pouch Tail has matching stitching and the Shoulder tail has accenting stitching so you can easily tell which is which and adjust quickly and easily.
More Design Specs...
The Eclecticos is Hemp silk blend is 63% hemp 37% silk. This fabric is woven but has great stretch on the bias providing great support. It is also textured and grippy but looks more like hemp than silk. It has the drapey nature of silk but the feel and strength of hemp.
The weightless fabric makes the tails feel like nothing at all. You will be amazed and how compact this folds up. All seams are hemmed and ends have a large taper. Preshrunk fabric is machine washable and dryable even in hot and dries quick!
This is the perfect anytime fabric but especially lovely for summer offering both great support and a thin lightweight weave. Natural fibers hemp and silk breathe very well.

Lengths listed are approximate and do not include the added length of the steep tapered tails. The added length in the taper allows for easier tying of two shouldered holds.
Regular 2.7m
This size fits up to a women's size 20 for all one shoulder carries. If you want to do a two shouldered carry and are size 16+ we recommend you size up to Maxi. If you love a long tail, size up. If you are only buying this carrier for two shouldered holds, and are average size or above, size up to maxi for easier tying. For a Hip Cross Cary and variations of, this size works well if you are under 5'5" and under 150lbs.
Maxi 3.2m
Recommended for women's plus sizes starting at 16 to be able to do all positions. Recommended if you like a long tail, or only want to do two shouldered positions. Recommended for Hip Cross Carry and variations of if you are over 5'5" and 150lbs.
The Eclecticos will be offered in various colors as well as raw hemp silk. The raw hemp silk is a khaki tone. You may order a solid in any of our in stock dyes or a color wash.
Washing and Care Info
Simple, simple, simple! Wash it, dry it, no hassle. Longer length carriers tend to wind up around things so washing separately or in a small wash batch works well. Dries in ten minutes on high heat. Colors do not need to be set, all this is done by me. I always suggest you wash separately first because residual dye does wash out in that batch. Washing before wearing is recommended due to this if your child tends to mouth your carriers. Fabric softens beautifully and quickly with wear and wash.
